Legal
Terms of Use
These terms apply to FIRESTREAM on Android TV, FIRESTREAM-MOB, Windows and LG webOS. Last updated: September 04, 2026.
1. The product
FIRESTREAM is a media player that lets a user access a compatible playlist or service for which the user already has permission. FIRESTREAM does not sell, host or supply television channels, movies or series.
2. Your responsibilities
You must use FIRESTREAM only with content and services you are legally entitled to access, keep your account and playlist credentials confidential, provide accurate activation information, supervise access by minors and comply with applicable law. You may not use the app to infringe copyright, bypass access controls, attack a service or resell access without authorisation.
3. Third-party services
Playlists, streams, programme data and catalogues come from independent providers selected by the user. Their availability, legality, quality, formats and terms are outside FIRESTREAM’s control. A provider interruption does not mean the FIRESTREAM app or licence is unavailable.
4. Trial, licence and activation
Where offered, trial access lasts seven days. Continued use of licensed features requires a valid activation for the relevant FIRESTREAM edition and device. An active licence takes priority over trial status. Licence duration and any price are those disclosed by the authorised seller at purchase.
5. Updates and compatibility
Updates may correct defects, improve security or change features. Hardware capabilities, operating-system versions, codecs and provider formats affect compatibility. Android, Windows and webOS editions are separate products and an update for one platform may not apply to another.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep FIRESTREAM reliable, but the service is provided subject to maintenance, network availability and device limitations. To the maximum extent allowed by law, FIRESTREAM is not responsible for third-party content, provider outages, unauthorised use, loss caused by credentials disclosed by the user or indirect loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law or address a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Removing the app does not automatically cancel a separate agreement with a content provider.
8. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated for product, security or legal changes. The revised date will be shown above. Applicable mandatory consumer law remains unaffected. Questions can be sent to support@ac-firestream.sbs.
