Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information FIRESTREAM processes through its Android TV, FIRESTREAM-MOB, Windows and LG webOS applications and activation services. Last updated: September 04, 2026.
1. Contact and scope
FIRESTREAM publishes the player and operates its activation and managed-playlist services. Privacy requests can be sent to support@ac-firestream.sbs. This policy covers FIRESTREAM services; a playlist or content provider has its own privacy practices.
2. Information we process
- Activation: a 12-character device key generated by the app, an opaque SHA-256-derived device identifier, a masked key reference, activation number, licence status and relevant activation dates.
- Managed playlists: the customer and playlist association, playlist label and provider access needed to synchronise it. Provider access is encrypted at rest. An optional six-digit playlist PIN is stored only as a password hash.
- Account and support records: contact details and subscription information supplied to FIRESTREAM or an authorised reseller, plus messages you send to support.
- Technical records: IP address, request time, requested service, response status and security events may appear in limited infrastructure logs.
- On-device data: locally added playlists, playback progress and preferences may remain on the device and are not automatically uploaded to FIRESTREAM.
3. What we do not use
FIRESTREAM does not use a MAC address as a licence identifier, does not build an advertising profile and does not request precise location, contacts or an advertising identifier. This public website has no advertising tracker, audience analytics tag or marketing cookie.
4. Why we use information
Information is used to provide and verify activation, synchronise a playlist you requested, protect accounts and services, respond to support, prevent abuse, maintain audit records and meet applicable legal obligations. Depending on the context, this is necessary to perform the service agreement, pursue legitimate security and support interests, or comply with law.
5. Recipients
Information is available only to personnel and technical providers who need it to operate the service. An authorised reseller is restricted to its own customers. Playlist requests are sent to the content provider selected by the user. FIRESTREAM does not sell personal information or disclose it for behavioural advertising.
6. Retention
Activation, subscription and audit records are retained while needed to provide the service and for reasonable security, accounting or legal periods. A managed playlist remains until it is removed or reset through the authorised portal. Local information remains until you remove it or uninstall the app. Technical logs are rotated and kept only as long as operationally necessary.
7. Security and international processing
Activation traffic uses HTTPS. Sensitive playlist access is encrypted at rest, PINs and passwords are hashed where applicable, and access is limited by role. No system can guarantee absolute security. Technical providers may process information in another country with safeguards required by applicable law.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your country, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may complain to your local data-protection authority. Send a request from an address that lets us verify the relevant record to support@ac-firestream.sbs. We may retain information where the law or a legitimate audit requirement permits it.
9. Children and changes
FIRESTREAM is a general-audience media player and is not directed to children. Parents or guardians should supervise access to third-party content. We may update this policy when the product or legal requirements change; the new date will appear at the top of this page.
